SSP Work Days

You record the weeks work day patterns for the employee here, up to 15 weeks of patterns can be entered.

Date pattern starts.
Enter the ( Sunday) date that the work pattern starts.

No of weeks in pattern.
If the employee has different work patterns for each week then increase the number of weeks to suit.
This will increase/decrease the number of rows in the grid.

Work pattern.
Please enter  a 'W' for each qualifying (working) day  & 'O' for each non-qualifying (Off) day.
Ensure you fill each row. Even if the employee is not working for a week, ie 2 weeks on & 2 weeks off, there must still be a qualifying day for each week.
