Pay 12 Week History
On the first grid the previous pay headings are displayed.
The 'Choose' box will be ticked for the preceding 12 weeks.
The pays that have been defined as Hourly will also be ticked.
The 'Totals for' grid will give the totals for what has been 'Choose' and the 'Hourly'.
The reason for doing this is to assist those employers who need to calculate their Holiday Pay on a 12 week average and or overtime and commission.
Almost all workers are legally entitled to 5.6 weeks’ paid holiday per year
