Extra Output Choices

This allows you to output the report in different formats.

Type
Click what type of file you want.
The DOC & XLS require Microsoft Office 2000 or above.
nb You can create a RTF file then load it into WORD97 or OPEN OFFICE etc

Display in application
This will fire up the report in the default program.
Obviously if you do not have say a DBF reader then it will not display.
By default the file is saved to the output folder.

Send Email
Enter the Email information. The 'To Emai'l address is on the Company Details form.
This will fire up your default email program.the report in the default program.
You have to Attach the file to send to your client.

Encrypt Document
You can force user to enter a password to view the document.
Works for PDF,DOC (XLS?)
